On Saturday, 14 March 2026, a new attraction was officially opened at Laguna Badeland in Weil am Rhein: a state-of-the-art water slide with a total length of almost 70 meters. Visitors can expect a colorful and fast-paced slide that is a real highlight for families and slide enthusiasts alike.
Special attention is paid to the innovative Body Bowl, which forms the heart of the new facility. In this area, guests experience a unique, galactic play of colors - the world's first Wie-Glow black light bowl goes into operation here. The combination of speed, curves and lighting effects turns every run into a visual and sensory experience that clearly sets the attraction apart from conventional slides.
An official name for the new slide has not yet been decided. However, Laguna Badeland is inviting its guests to actively participate in the naming process. From March 14 to April 14, 2026, interested parties can choose their favorite from three galactically inspired suggestions. Attractive prizes will be raffled off among all participants - the main prize is a year's entry to Laguna Badeland.
